Location: Miami

Price: $45 million

This turnkey duplex penthouse on the 57th and 58th floors of the 637-foot Echo Brickell condo tower offers a private indoor pool and spa, six terraces, a gym, a bar and a primary bedroom suite with two marble bathrooms.

“It is probably the coolest building in Brickell,” said Harlan Goldberg, senior managing director and head of Bespoke Florida. “It’s a super-sexy, very cool apartment. It’s basically a house in the sky.”

The unit, which is known as the Apex Penthouse, was first listed last summer and has since come off the MLS, though has not sold. It was most recently being offered fully furnished. “The finishes are outstanding,” Mr. Goldberg said.

The Echo Brickell condo tower is in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

The owner bought the condo in 2020 from the developer as raw space, and he lives there part time, Mr. Goldberg said.

The unit has unobstructed 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Miami, he said. “The indoor pool is extraordinary—it overlooks Biscayne Bay right out to the ocean.”

Other architectural and design details include 14- to 28-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private elevator access, an office, marble flooring and a smart iHome system.

You enter the penthouse on the 57th floor and there is a private office immediately to the left.

The double-height living and dining rooms have an open floor plan, a bar, a terrace and multiple seating areas. The kitchen features a marble island with seating for seven, custom Italian cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and access to a terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue.

This level also features a gym and yoga studio and a media room.

The bedrooms are upstairs, with the primary suite on the south side of the apartment, directly over the pool.

“The colors are very neutral, very calming,” Mr. Goldberg said. “It’s a very open residence. You don’t feel confined by anything.”

The 10,100-square-foot penthouse has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. There is also 3,518 square feet of exterior terrace space.

Building amenities include a fitness center and spa, an infinity-edge pool and deck overlooking Biscayne Bay, concierge services and valet parking.

Neighborhood Notes

“Living in Brickell is a very metro city lifestyle,” Mr. Goldberg said. “That makes it an easy transition for people moving from other metro areas.”

“You can leave your car at home, but you don’t have to,” he said. “You can easily walk to some of the best restaurants in Miami.”

By car, Echo Brickell, which is in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District, is five to 10 minutes from Coconut Grove and 20 minutes from South Beach and the Miami International Airport.
